Acudí a tiempo 10 am. La empleada llegó tarde y parece que de malas. Me preguntó si mi perro traía nudos, a lo que contesté que sí. Entonces ella me dijo que no lo podía atender. Quise hacerle entender que eso tendrían que habérmelo preguntado el día que hice la cita. Yo estoy acudiendo a un lugar que "conoce" de perros. Es bien sabido que la raza de mi perro es fácil que se enrede. Le dije que lo bañara y lo cepillara lo más que se pudiera en el tiempo que tenían destinado para él. A lo que contestó con una negativa por "tener 6 perros después del mío". -Entonces no puedes? Pregunté -No Me atendió fatal, pésima atención. Todavía se puso a decirle al siguiente cliente después de mí que cómo se me había ocurrido llevar a mi perro "con problemas". No se supone que los expertos son ellos y por eso pusieron una tienda para atender perros? En ningún lado habían rechazado bañar a mi perro por tener nudos. Pero sobretodo el trato. Incompetencia total. No recomiendo este lugar en lo absoluto. I passed by with my dog a few days ago. I asked them how much the bathroom service cost for my Italian volpino.
