★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barrio Porteno in Toluca is by far the most unprofessional and least managed place I have ever been to. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a dining facility in all of Mexico.
Very unprofessional. First time I have ever actually paid for food and left before I even received it just to escape the terrible service and management.
.... and THAT takes A LOT for me to say because I have worked in food service and am really reasonable.
