★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's time to update my original review below.* This complex has still not been built and there are at least 2 lawsuits against the Developer. As an unfortunate and very regretful buyer of a too-be-built condo in Barrio Santo I am part of one of those lawsuits. The Developer has tried to blame Covid for his failure to complete the buildings. But I have been living in various places in Mexico and I know that construction is successfully being completed everywhere. I would strongly encourage everyone not to believe anything you are told by anyone connected with Barrio Santo or Territoria.

I am responding to the first review of 5 stars. This complex has not yet been built. Only the external walls surrounding the land have recently been completed. So what is the reviewer giving 5 stars? The walls?
