L	L Reed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly below rating establishment. We arrived to no running water. Dirty towels. Dirty carpet and poor customer service. The breakfast is mediocre and BEWARE they find ANY REASON to keep your deposit or some of it. SCAMMERS

The room was dirty, the floors literally looked like they have never been vacuumed. The food i ate had hair and the milk they had was spoiled. The people who work at the front are the worse customer service providers. They will upcharge you for everything and anything. I was staying there for the weekend for my uncle’s funeral and it’s just unfortunate how much more of a bad experience we had to deal with. THEY CHARGED US $10 FOR A BIT OF MAKEUP ON A FACE TOWEL. How much more stupid can this place be? They charged my brother $30 for smoking in his own car!!! There was never a disclaimer for none of this. Never stay here worst mistake of my life. Better off staying at the Hamptons trust me.

i	itzjak Mgomez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in the past in this hotel ,rooms are great,pool is clean great security,good parking, and next ti my favority restaurant (Barrokas resta) BUT FRONT DESK IS THE WORST, I travel, in the U.S.South America,and Europe, and never encounter such as bad service from a front desk they asked for a security deposit,that they were refusing to return to me,the young men at the desk was rude,and arragant,second time I stayed there I requested two rooms connected when I arrive there they said that it was not a reservation,I had a reservation number,and the answer was oh she forgot to log it on the cimputer, this time they dint ask for deposit,3rd time was ok.make sure you get your deposit, back
P	Pd Pd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was ok no cable service only over the air antenna channels THE INTEGRITY OF THE STAFF IS NOT THERE APPARENTLY YOU HAVE TO COUNT EVERY SINGLE TOWEL THAT IS IN THE ROOM IF NOT YOU WILL BE CHARGE FOR IT. Told the young receptionist to keep the 500 pesos deposit have no need to keep a wash cloth. Very disappointed. US Army Veteran!
