La verdad no se porque se quejan tanto, a mí me atendieron rápido, me ayudaron con lo que buscaba y lo mejor es que el servicio en general se merece 5 estrelllas They treated me very well. H	Hector Pulido on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pedi una cotizacion y les marque 3 veces en diferentes ocasiones recordándoles que todavía no recibía la cotización de su parte y es fecha que nunca me llego. Tambien Mande una bascula a reparar y duraron una semana con ella y ni siquiera la revisaron, tuve que mandar a recogerla para mandarla a otro lado a reparar. Y de pilón cuando les marque para reclamar que en una semana ni siquiera la habían revisado......bien quitados de la pena me dicen que si quiero puedo pasar por ella.....claro que en el momento mande a recogerla, por lo menos en lo personal me quede con una experiencia pésima de su servicio y su falta de tacto asia con el cliente. Terrible service, I asked for a quote and I marked them 3 times on different occasions reminding them that I still had not received the quote from them and it is a date that never came. I also sent a scale to be repaired and they lasted a week with it and they didn't even check it, I had to send it to be picked up to send it somewhere else to repair it. And pylon when I mark them to claim that in a week they had not even reviewed it ...... well removed from the penalty they tell me that if I want I can go through it ..... of course at the time I sent to pick it up , at least personally I was left with a lousy experience of their service and their lack of tact asia with the customer.
