Quizá por la Pandemia y con el fin de agilizar trámites y recaudar contribuciones, el proceso es ágil y el personal muestra buena actitud y empatía, tratando de ayudar al usuario a resolver y facilitar sus trámites. Pero no olvide llevar sus copias porqué eso es un verdadero robo en despoblado, quien sea que tenga la concesión, la usa como licencia para matar y cobra $2,00 por copia y $35.00 y $40.00 sólo por bajar una página del correo para imprimir. Sería mejor beneficiar al DIF o alguna otra institución y seguramente tendrían más escrúpulos The service has improved a lot.
