★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gente si cuida del lugar, cuenta con canchas de fronton, fútbol y basquetbal y el ambiente en las mañanas es muy deportivo y seguro, solo que en las tardes es un poco menos seguro ya que algunas personas lo usan para drogarse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se supone que es un centro para practicar deportes, pero tienes que estar sorteando los escrementos que dejan los perros, que los mismos usuarios de la unidad llevan a "pasear" a dichas mascotas y no tienen el cuidado de levantar los restos que dejan. Además de que la cancha con pasto sintético está muy deteriorada.

The unit is comfortable, the areas that are supposed to be green lack maintenance, but it is a very complete unit. Family togetherness is remarkable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy poco para ser una unidad en Zapopan. A parte el señor Don Ángel y el otro señor moreno al igual que el encargado de la entrada de esta unidad cierran a las 7 de la tarde. El cual muchas otras unidades a las que e ido cierran a las 10 y tiene luz. Se ve a simple vista que le desvían fondos y que tampoco le dan mantenimiento. Y si no es por meter más por que la verdad es una vergüenza con el gobierno depender de todo esto. Me tocó sacar a una señora y su hija por que el señor las dejó encerradas dentro de la unidad el cual pues no podían brincar para salir de ella, motivo que tuvimos que forzar el alambrado para que salieran. La señora se fue molesta diciendo que apenas y le ajusta tiempo para trabajar y salir a jugar con su hija y luego se topa con que la encierran en una unidad pública siendo que deben de estar abiertas las 24hrs
