En mi experiencia, realicé una llamada para solicitar un servicio y la unidad no llegó en el tiempo acordado, traté de contactar al número telefónico de la base para saber qué pasaba y no tuve repuesta.
 The service from its drivers and staff that attends the telephone line leaves much to be desired. In my experience, I made a call to request a service and the unit did not arrive in the agreed time, I tried to contact the telephone number of the base to find out what was happening and I did not have an answer.
