★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está del cocol el servicio, antes de las 7 AM no hay camiones y los pocos que trabajan temprano que son muy contados llegan x lo regular medios llenos y con gente de la col. Tlacaele la gente espera y espera y ya no alcanzan a irse la mayoría.
Necesita mejorar ú organizar con mayor de unidades a la hora pico

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casi siempre hay autobuses, cuando no hay si es muy tardado ya que salen hasta llevar casi lleno el camión, en lo que va del trayecto de La Colonia Guadalupe Chalma a La Raza va bien y con muy bueno intervalos de tiempo y muy amables los choferes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cambiaron los camiones por nuevos eso está bien pero el servicio es pésimo xq no hay camiones temprano en la base de la Chiapas y Jalisco ya llegan bien tarde los camiones a la base de la Jalisco
They changed the trucks for new ones, that's fine but the service is terrible because there are no trucks early at the base of Chiapas and Jalisco, the trucks arrive very late at the base of Jalisco.

Sábado de 04:47 am a 21:40 pm

Estos horarios son por la situación actual que se vive en el país (pandemia), y la frecuencia de salida es de 10 minutos entre cada unidad.
Una vez que pase la pandemia los tiempos en el inicio del servicio se reducirán, así como el término del mismo se ampliará hasta las 22:30 pm aproximadamente.
Para quejas y/o sugerencias se atiende a todo usuario en las oficinas del ramal, estás se encuentran en la parte de arriba de la farmacia llamada "Botiquín" y el horario de atención es a partir de las 13:00 pm.

Monday to Friday from 04:45 a.m. to 9:45 p.m.
Saturday from 04:47 a.m. to 9:40 p.m.
