Cuando compré mi recámara me dijeron que daban un plazo de 60 a 90 días para producir y entregar, podría ser antes pero que daban plazo de 90 días para que ellos tuvieran un colchón de respaldo, claro que nunca recibí llamadas y tuve que insistir para que me dijeran que no iba a recibirlo en fecha y que no tenían para cuándo, les dije que necesita a fecha por qué al comprar ellos me aseguraron que estaría en 90 días. Dejaron de responderme Sigo en espera Ahorren tiempo y no compren aquí, por algo no dejan poner reseñas en otras plataformas, ojalá hubiera visto las de aquí

Pésimo servicio en atención a una garantía, más de 3 meses para dar respuesta, nunca pueden dar una fecha por qué no contesta producción o logística. Pedí el celular del gerente o algún encargado y tampoco te lo pasan por políticas de la empresa. Y después de 3 meses me entregaron la garantía y nuevamente mal.
Terrible service in response to a guarantee, more than 3 months to respond, they can never give a date why production or logistics do not respond. Pésimo servicio, pésima atención al cliente. Si quieren estrés, este es el lugar. No tienen servicio de flete, compras un mueble y cuando regresas por el, ya no es el mueble que elegiste. Les vale @&%+# el cliente. No dan soluciones. Que triste que no vi los reviews antes de comprar en esta mueblería. Pésima, de lo peor.
Terrible service, terrible customer service. If you want stress, this is the place. They do not have freight service, you buy a piece of furniture and when you return for it, it is no longer the piece of furniture you chose. They are worth @&%+# the customer. They don't give solutions. How sad that I did not see the reviews before buying in this furniture store. Terrible, worst.

Pésimo servicio post venta. Les compré muebles 2 veces. La primera vez me entregaron los muebles en mal estado después de casi 4 meses de "fabricación", se solicito garantía y tardaron un mes más en entregar. La segunda vez, pensando en que probablemente la anterior experiencia era un caso aislado, compré una mesa para comedor. La entrega tardó más de 3 meses, al cumplirse este tiempo me buscaron para que les finiquitara el producto, una vez pagado me dijeron que no entregarían hasta enero por qué salen de vacaciones, que si quería yo fuera por la mesa. Llegó enero y resulta que no sabían cuando se iba a entregar, tuve que ir a la tienda a presionar para que me dieran una fecha. Cabe mencionar que la chavita pelirroja que está por las tardes te atiende peor que personal del IMSS.
Terrible after sales service. I bought furniture from them 2 times. The second time, thinking that the previous experience was probably an isolated case, I bought a dining room table. The delivery took more than 3 months, at the end of this time they looked for me to finalize the product, once paid they told me that they would not deliver until January because they are going on vacation, that if I wanted I could go to the table. January came and it turns out they didn't know when it was going to be delivered, I had to go to the store to pressure them to give me a date. It is worth mentioning that the red-haired girl who is in the afternoons attends you worse than IMSS staff.

Si pudiera poner menos 100 estrellas este lugar las las merecería ? Me ahorraré contar las Miles de peripecias que nos hicieron pasar durante la compra (desde las vendedoras ineptas, hasta la o el gerente bueno o buena para nada que nunca quiso atendernos PARA NADA por más que insistimos) para llegar llegar punto donde mil años después nos entregaron una sala con un relleno de pésima calidad (esto nos lo confirmaron otras personas dedicadas al área), ya que el mismo día de la entrega nos dimos cuenta que al sentarte y levantarte del mueble quedaban pozos en él y se veía todo grumoso... Además de varios cojines chuecos que según ellos "así era el diseño" ? (claro así que no era como los vimos en la tienda). Sí nos cambiaron el relleno, pero yo ya no confío, fue una sala carísima, y dudo que me vaya a durar... Pero bueno, en la vida volveré a pisar ese lugar, cada que vez que paso en frente solo me dan ganas de aventarles huevos podridos ?

Pésima experiencia, compré un mueble y cuando llegué me lo cambiaron por otro en mal estado, afortunadamente había hecho foto y con eso les comprobé que no era mío y ni así me dieron el que había pedido. Obviamente pedí rembolso no me li dietó en forma física sino un “cupón” con esa cantidad. Ya pagué mi flete ya hice coraje y ya perdí mi tiempo. Lo barato sale sale caro.

Go buy somewhere else if you dont want problems! Took almost 5 months to deliver 3 pieces of furniture. The service is the worst you go to the store and no one approaches to you, and when the do they do not provide the full specs and details which ends up in buying furniture that requires gixing or extra pieces so you can properly use it. If you submit a claim they say they need to review it which takes forever. They wont answer the phone or the WhatsApp Chat... well they do but just to tell you they are still waiting for confirmation or reply (surprise surprise). In the meantime time, you are stuck with something you already paid them in full and can't use or you have to take somewhere else to fix it.
