★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención fue rápida y adecuada via mensaje, me proporcionaron el servicio a domicilio y quede completamente satisfecho, me resolvieron el problema en el tiempo justo con una atención amable, el precio fue mejor de lo esperado, sin importar cuanto me dure la batería o la garantía de la misma, mi problema fue resuelto y eso es lo que cuenta para mi. Esto fue hace aproximadamente un mes y medio.
The attention was quick and adequate via message, they provided me with the service at home and I was completely satisfied, they solved the problem in the right time with friendly attention, the price was better than expected, no matter how long the battery or the guarantee of the same, my problem was solved and that is what counts for me. This was about a month and a half ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el peor servicio de garantía de Monterrey siempre terminas pagando te salen con un montón de exclusiones de garantía las 2 veces me cobraron 1 porque tenía 1 día después de los 18 meses me cobraron 1170 la segunda tenía 16 meses y me cobraron mil pesos porque según se le acabó el líquido a la batería y que eso no entra en garantía son déspotas y tramposos definitivamente cuando compre otra batería no será gonher porque su garantía es pésima y al llamar por teléfono siempre te mandan allí ya que solo tiene 2 en todo MTY el número de contacto nunca contestan tienes que ir allí forzosamente
It is the worst warranty service in Monterrey, you always end up paying, they come out with a lot of warranty exclusions the 2 times they charged me 1 because I had 1 day after the 18 months they charged me 1170 the second I had 16 months and they charged me a thousand pesos because according to The battery ran out of liquid and that does not come under warranty they are despots and cheats. Definitely when you buy another battery it will not be gonher because its guarantee is terrible and when you call by phone they always send you there since it only has 2 in all MTY the contact number never answer you have to go there forcibly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trate de hacer valida la garantía de una batería gonher pero no lo hicieron que la pila estaba descargada y me querían cobrar la recarga, no entiendo para que son las garantías

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son super mentirosos en medio año no sirvio y me la cambiaron y hoy que acaba de cumplir el año fui y que no se vale la garantia por no trai liquido la pila que si la uso de uber o que lleve mi carro con un electrico por que el alternador esta pasando de mas corriente buenos para sacar un mil de excusas no compren esas pilas conher en ese centro servicio por que son puras reconstruidas y te las venden como nuevas
