Te toman tu batería a cuenta y te sale más económica la nueva, pero eso sí, si quieres tomar la promoción de meses sin intereses con tarjeta de credito ya no te hacen válido el descuento de la batería.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nefasto lo que hacen cuando el cliente quiere reclamar su garantía. Mi auto ya no quiso encender y hable para solicitar el servicio a domicilio, llegó el técnico hasta las 11:00 AM del día siguiente, puso el aparatejo que utilizan y me dice la batería está descargada, yo le comenté que ya la había llevado a qué le hicieran una carga y que para Mí la batería estaba dañada. Esto fue a los 11 meses de haber adquirido la batería nueva por lo que el reemplazo aún era técnicamente sin costo para Mí. Al final el dijo que se tenía que llevar la batería para "checarla" y dar un diagnóstico, y justo me había dicho que solo estaba descargada. Al final se la llevó y le realizaron un "servicio de carga completa" con costo $280 porque había Sido servicio a domicilio. El problema fue que justo 1 mes después la batería de volvió a descargar, volví a acudir al Centro de Atención y me dijeron que la batería estaba dañada. Me hicieron el reemplazo y esta vez tuve que cubrir $540 porque ya había pasado los 12 meses de garantía sin costo. Super mal que engañen a sus Clientes, jamás vuelvo a comprar ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EL ENGAÑO. Ese es el sentimiento que queda, mas no se si sea falta de entrenamiento a su personal o en realidad un engaño orquestrado. Hable con la señorita Jael y me dio precio de una bateria y en ningun momento me informo que ese precio era si yo iba a sus instalaciones, despues hablo mi esposa y le dijeron que no habia costo por el servicio a domicilio, mismo que solicito.
Cuando el tecnico termino de hacer la instalacion nos dice que son $373.00 pesos mas de lo que me habian cotizado, hablamos con el gerente el Sr. Wong y no tuvo ni la menor intencion de llegar a un acuerdo ni de reconocer su error de no iformarnos.
Tengan cuidado con esta empresa, que se vio muy ventajosa.
