Deberían de checar en otros lugares más seria antes de comprar aquí. I bought two batteries in August and one of them is not working and they don't want to take over and check it. Terrible service . They should check out other more serious places before buying here.

Vino un joven llamado Fernando con actitud muy prepotente a decir que el es distibuidor de baterías en la región, su coche estaba mal estacionado, se le pido que lo mueva y se reuso a moverlo. Se llevó mi batería vieja (que compre hace menos de un año a otro establecimiento), todavía tenia garantía pero sin decirme nada fue y la metió en su cajuela, después no supo contestarme que falla tenía esa batería vieja y no me la quiso devolver y era mía. Me puso una batería supuestamente "nueva", no estaba sellada y tampoco pudo comprobarme que es nueva, se lo pregunté y solo de palabra, me dió una nota de papelería como comprobante (la cuál adjunto). Cuando le pedí que saque mi batería vieja de su auto me dijo que no me la va a dar, que esa ya es suya y que si la quiero le iba a tener que pagar $250 pesos del importe por mi propia batería. Me sentí estafado y ultrajado, todo paso muy rápido y cuando menos cuenta me di ya la había cambiado y ya no podía hacer nada. Está es mi experiencia y se las comparto al costo.Por tratar de evitar lugares como costco, AutoZone, etc creyendo que es caro terminamos gastando el doble y sin garantías. Moralejas: Las apariencias engañan y lo barato sale caro. A LOT OF EYE WITH WHO GETS IN YOUR HOUSE !!. A young man named Fernando came with a very arrogant attitude to say that he is a battery dealer in the region, his car was poorly parked, he was asked to move it and he refused to move it. He took my old battery (which I bought less than a year ago to another establishment), it still had a guarantee but without saying anything, he went and put it in his trunk, then he did not know how to answer that there was a fault with that old battery and he did not want to return it to me and was mine. He put me a supposedly "new" battery, it was not sealed and he could not verify that it is new, I asked him and only in word, he gave me a stationery note as proof (which I attached). When I asked him to take my old battery out of his car, he told me that he is not going to give it to me, that it is already his and that if I want it, I would have to pay him $ 250 pesos for my own battery. I felt cheated and outraged, everything happened very quickly and when I least realized it I had already changed it and could no longer do anything. This is my experience and I share them at cost. By trying to avoid places like costco, AutoZone, etc., believing that it is expensive, we ended up spending double and without guarantees. Morals: Appearances are deceiving and cheap is expensive.
