Bien podrían tomarlo como área de oportunidad, se veía que tenían muchos paquetes apilados en la pared, supongo no fui la única persona que pasó por lo mismo. Aparte el link de encuesta no sirve, seguramente porque no quieren que les dejes los malos comentarios. Terrible service, very bad attitude, they don't know about the promotions and in the end they don't charge you the discounts correctly or they mislabel the discounted products. Besides, the survey link doesn't work, probably because they don't want you to leave them bad comments.

Urge que sistematicen la entrega de pedidos en línea ya que no existe un protocolo por parte de los empleados, tienen los paquetes todos revueltos (como se puede ver en las fotos) no saben dónde están los paquetes, tardan más de 40 minutos con cada cliente, y todavía se molestan si les preguntas que pasa por qué tardan, una de ellas contestó que si no queríamos esperar hiciéramos los pedidos a la casa...osea?
