★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I simply love this shop. Their products are really good and fairly priced. My favourites are the antibacterial gels. You can't find anywhere else the same quality and fragrances. It's sad they don't have a shop in London. Maybe in the future? Till then I rely on my friends who live in the US to bring us some.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the Quinta Avenida. BBW had a promo of buy two and the third one is free so I bought two lotions and a spray. The lotions were at $359 each and the shimmer spray at about $459. Kinda pricey but It’s hard to get bath and body works products here in Mexico especially where I live so would def still buy them. ?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to buy some candles and one slipped from the gallon of hand sanitizer they put on my hands when I entered. At no moment did the employees ask if I was ok. Rather they told me I would have to pay for the broken glass. Wait what?! You’re telling me a multi million dollar company NEEDS to charge $15 dollars for an accident? The employees put the broken glass in a bag and insisted I pay for it. So weird. This American company operates in Mexico but follows completely different policies. Who puts broken glass in a bag and gives it to their customers?! Bath & Body Works Mexican edition apparently ? Lost a lifetime customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great products but unqualified staff. I asked for tropical scents. The store employee said they had none. When I pointed out the pineapple hand soap he kept saying they had no tropical scents. When I went back 2 weeks later the staff had changed and was much more qualified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was completely disrispected and treated with xenophoby when I went to the store with my wife.
We came from Brazil and she love the store products and was decided to buy candles from the store. When we were entering the store the salesman Jair did not allow us to enter together. We asked why and he said it was store rules. By the way, there was another couple that was not banned to come together.
I dont know here in Mexico but in other places I have never been treated this way!
You should prepare your sales team better!! Think about it!!
