★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi bateria tiene menos de 1 año y es la tercera vez que se descarga. Van dos veces que vienen y se la llevan a darle carga lenta , claro con costo. En una de estas ocasiones el tecnico al recoger la bateria dijo que lmuy probablemente no servia, pero luego extrañanmente al regresarla me dijeron que si servia. Claro el tiempo pasa y el ajsute por meses ira siendo menor para el cliente. Le echan la culpa a un accesorio que tengo instalado en el auto pero este tiene instalado mucho tiempo y apenas ahora se presenta este problema. Muy mal que no se hagan cargo de sus supuestas garantias!
My battery is less than 1 year old and is the third time it has been downloaded. Twice they come and take it away to give it a slow charge, of course at cost. On one of these occasions the technician when picking up the battery said that it most likely did not work, but then strangely upon returning it they told me that it did. Of course time passes and the adjustment for months will be less for the client. They blame an accessory that I have installed in the car but it has been installed for a long time and only now does this problem appear. Too bad they don't take care of their supposed guarantees!
