★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen un proceso de entrega de mercancía correcto, estuve esperando pacientemente más de 15 minutos a que me entregaran mi pedido de 3 pilas, llego otra persona que era conocido del encargado, y lo cargaron en 5 minutos, le comente al encargado que porque no respetaron mi lugar, y solo se rio, yo mismo tuve que cargar las 3 pilas en la camioneta, no me entregaron las etiqueta de la garantía, espero que este comentario sirva para que el dueño de este negocio revise este proceso y puedan mejorar, es importante que respeten el lugar de los clientes en línea. La persona de BM que me atendió en la Anhuac Paco muy amable y respetuoso, lo recomiendo ampliamente.
