Bay View Grand Condo - 48335 Puerto Vallarta

This is our fourth year renting for 5-6 weeks, and we can't say enough about this beautiful location. These have to be the best pools in Puerto Vallarta! The grounds are immaculate, the staff is wonderful and security is great! No need for a sunset cruise, as you can see it directly from your balcony. While we are adjacent to the airport, the noise is quite tolerable. The proximity to the marina provides numerous breakfast and dinner options..... no need for an 'all inclusive' here..... you would be missing out on some wonderful native cuisines! Can't wait to return!

Only visiting a friend, but the views from the 10 the floor were amazing

Nothing like looking at the sunrises and sunsets from this beautiful location. Puerto Vallarta is a gem on the pacific coast. Uber is the way to go from here to everywhere

This is a fantastic place to stay if your looking for a nice place to stay while in Puerto Vallarta. The surroundings are meticulously maintained and the pools are gigantic with lots of room to stretch and sunbathe. It's very safe with gated access. There is also a gym were you can exercise. The condo is about 15 minutes walking distance from the Marina Vallarta and its many restaurants or take a 15-minute taxi ride to downtown for more choices.

The government has changed laws regarding public access to beaches and this place does NOT honor it. They essentially lock you to the beach and won’t even give you access to the public access road which is required. Security and staff were very unkind. I would never stay here and suggest finding another place to stay if you’re looking around that area. So many other beautiful places and people to be around than here

It’s a great place to stay, quite and peaceful. Beautiful views of the beach and pools. Water is always warm. We were lucky enough to have a private jacuzzi on our patio. Place was very clean and plenty of staff. Also has private residence.

The place is absolutely phenomenal but please don’t eat at the pool bungalow because it’s just HORRIBLE. It took TWO HOURS to get our food. Tell me just who takes two hours to prepare a few snacks? Not even I, who don’t cook, take that long. This is just ABSOLUTELY AND WITHOUT QUESTION UNACCEPTABLE.

Since each condo is owned by individuals it makes it hard to review properly. We booked thru Brenda on AirBNB and had a 4 bedroom on the penthouse 1 level. The view was amazing, the condo itself was clean and well kept, and we'll stocked.with towels, decent linens, tableware, etc. The fridge/freezer worked, as did the washer/ dryer in the unit. I don't think we ever turned on a TV to be honest. We cooked nearly every day since we were there for a sailing regatta and had 8 people doing various things all week. The pool is nice, unheated it seems, so chilly in March but not unusable. The balcony jetted tub had trouble running out of hot water before it was full, although we had no issue with enough hot water for everyone to shower. Security is good, I'm happy they are a bit strict, and we would definitely stay there again. We paid less than 300USD per night for all 8 of us to stay and the penthouse view is incredible.
