Y	Yael Bezares on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me acabo de hospedar este fin y las instalaciones eran buenas aunque en la puerta del baño tenían un hoyo del cual salieron varias cucarachas, sin embargo es que el servicio pésimo, cuando llego me hicieron esperar como 1 hr 15 min, se les aviso que llegaría a las 8 y la app notificaba que sin problema (la entrada original era a las 3 pm) me cobraron el brazalete en $300, te hacen comprar una tarjeta para que le ingreses saldo y poder consumir, el gimnasio estaba clausurado, cuando la razón por la que escogí el lugar era porque tenían ese servicio, según su anuncio, a mi retirada no me dejaron salir que porque tenia un saldo pendiente a lo cual tuve que ir a explicar que no era mío. Lo único bueno fue el servicio de masaje pero de ahi en fuera no. Hay mejores hoteles que quedan más cerca de la zona de antros ya que este está a 20 min caminando I just stayed this weekend and the facilities were good although in the bathroom door they had a hole from which several cockroaches came out, however the service is lousy, when I arrived they made me wait for about 1 hour 15 minutes, they were told that I would arrive at 8 and the app notified that without a problem (the original entrance was at 3 pm) they charged me $300 for the bracelet, they make you buy a card so you can deposit balance and be able to consume, the gym was closed, when the reason why the one I chose the place was because they had that service, according to their announcement, when I left they didn't let me leave because I had an outstanding balance to which I had to go to explain that it wasn't mine. The only good thing was the massage service but from then on, no. There are better hotels that are closer to the nightclub area since this one is a 20-minute walk away.

S	Sylvie Cottee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such a beautiful place. I would come back in second for a few months but the pool/chair wars are outrageous. There are not enough chairs and umbrellas. Guests who’ve been coming for years tell me it’s been like this always. Why do they come back??? Apparently the staff have the chairs and umbrellas locked away and make their guests fight over whatever is there. And believe me the people fight. It’s very nasty and sad to be in such a beautiful place with such a problem. I will try elsewhere.
