Listing ID: 75689 - We stayed at Agaves last week. The condo and complex was everything we hoped for. It's hard to believe these photos are real from the rooftop patio. I want to give a huge shout out to Marce at Bayside Vacations for all the amazing work she did in making our stay so great. She communicated with us before we arrived answering our endless questions with patience and grace. She kept in regular contact with us during our stay and quite frankly took so much pressure off us. The condo and complex are perfect for folks who want a quiet stay but are literally steps from all the action in the area.

Had a wonderful stay at Cosmo! Bayside made check in easy and they were very attuned to our needs. We had a great view of the Pacific, enjoyed the pool in the afternoon after a day at the beach and Oceans Restaurant only steps away was an added bonus! Jazmin was very attentive to all our needs and Erin May was a gem to deal with. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a relaxing retreat with all the details looked after!

Sotavento listing ID 87064 We stayed at Sotavento from March 19th to April 2nd,2022. We booked thought Bayside Vacations on line. We had great experience booking and processing our vacation. We had a great service on site from Bayside Vacation coordinator, Marcela B. From the moment we got there, she was on site to greet us. We took advantage of the grocery service provided. Worth every penny! It was so nice to be able to enjoy our stay immediately upon arrival. We highly recommend taking advantage of this service. If we had any questions, we just emailed Marcela and she responded promptly. Was great having this support during out stay. All the staff at the condo were fantastic! Got to know you quickly and were always willing to help . I returned from grocery shopping the second week and the guard at the gate came out to help me with my groceries. The grounds were kept immaculately. The pool and deck were always cleaned early in the morning. The view from the infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean was breathtaking. We were able to enjoy watching whales and manta rays daily. Take advantage of the meandering path down to the ocean. A little piece of paradise when you reach to water. The biggest bonus is watching the sun rise every morning from your balcony! Wow! We highly recommend staying at Sotavento and working with Bayside to plan your next vacation. Cheers!

Bayside Real Estate is a top notch outfit. Leah Guzman is my Realtor there and I couldn't have gotten a more knowledgeable, professional and genuine person. I was impressed with Marcela as our hostess and Erin as a potential property manager. The food was outstanding, the accommodations were perfect and we even got to go to an Art gallery showing and purchased an amazing painting from the artist Tania Guzman (recommend going to her gallery). The boat ride during our Stay and Play was the highlight of the trip. This is a must do if you're considering buying Real Estate in Mexico.

Listing ID 86623 We stayed at Sotavento for two weeks November/December 2021. The spacious condo was beautiful and was equipped with absolutely everything we could need or want. The views from both the large deck and the private rooftop patio were incredible for watching the sun rise, sea life and birds during the day, and stargazing at night. The infinity pool overlooking the water was perfect for swimming. The walk to Playa La Entrega, which has amazing water conditions for swimming and snorkeling, was only five minutes; albeit the return walk up a very steep hill takes a bit longer. Jazmin from Bayside and the onsite staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. This was definitely one of the best rental experiences that we have ever had!

Another fantastic stay at Cruz del Mar. Emilio from Bayside was our main contact this time and he was reponsive to all of our requests and requirements, and a pleasure to deal with. We love staying at Cruz del Mar and using it as our "base camp" to enjoy everything that Huatulco has to offer.

Listing ID : 62732 We stayed at Oceanside at Cruz del Mar for 2 weeks. The condo was amazing and the views were breathtaking. This condo has everything you need to feel at home.We really enjoyed relaxing on the oversized balcony in the evening. The nights were so quiet and peaceful. Listing ID: 56380 From booking to check out everything exceeded our expectations. We travel often and many times we come across properties that aren’t not as advertised, but that is not the case with Bayside Vacations Huatulco. We stayed at a beautiful home in Sector O and were well looked after by Emilio. Emilio was always so patient, kind and always available. The extras that are offered such as transportation and assistance with booking PCR tests (required by our home country for re entry) is such a great help. The property was stunning and in a wonderful, quiet location. The pool was a great size and full sun all day with a beautiful palapa for shade. Air conditioning and fans in every room. Beautiful accents throughout and comfortable beds. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus too. This was truly a vacation experience, completely relaxing. My family and I are already planning our next visit.
