a	angy rangel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero externa mi queja contra el personal que tienen de atención al cliente, toda vez que una chica demasiado grosera mal educada nos corrió literal del lugar a las 11am diciendo que ella se tenía que ir a desayunar y le preguntamos por los horarios y dijo que ella ahí mandaba y abría y cerraba a la hora que le diera su gana y que nos quejaramos que no le importaba ya que los dueños ni cuenta se daban además de que se molesto por que no le pagamos 1 mil pesos por entrar a ver sus fierros viejos a tal grado que nos insulto y casi me empujó la puerta en la espalda hasta uno de los carpinteros que laboran ahí le dijo que no hiciera eso y ella le dijo que no se metiera que no le importaba por lo que deja mucho que desear y más si cobra a los turistas y los dueños ni cuenta se dan de todas las tranzas que esa esa mujer que es de baja estatura, morena, mal arreglada y pues creo que si es la encargada porque los carpinteros se dirijan a ella y los humillada y maltrataba también ojala hagan algo al respecto por que la verdad por mi parte voy a denunciar para que la gente evite ir a ese lugar. Cabe aclarar que esto fue el día viernes 21 de mayo del 2021. P	Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first point I’d like to make is that this place has beautiful, well made furniture. My wife and I visited several times before ultimately purchasing a large dining room table and chairs, and we were treated very nicely during our visits and delivery. That being said, let me explain the 2star rating. After the table was delivered, it developed a mold on the surface. As I was in the US working at the time, my wife made numerous calls to see what we could have done to rectify the situation. Multiple calls were not returned, and when my wife finally communicated with them via text they said they would come to see but no one came. My wife went out a couple times in person. They agreed to come out again, and again did not show up. Our landlord was kind enough to scrape the mold, but the table now has dried and a significant crack has grown and we fear the table will soon be beyond repair. My wife even made offers to pay for repairs and we still could not get help. We had planned to purchase more furniture from them, but now we are instead searching for someone to repair the damage. It is an unfortunate situation and one which we feel could have and should have been easily resolved.
