★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OJO Confirmo lo que mencionan otros aquí: SON UNOS TRAMPOSOS. Por nada acepten pagar por adelantado nada hasta que todo esté funcionando como se espera.
Les compré un congelador para usarse en restaurante y oh sorpresa es un congelador de paletas que me dijeron que funcionaría para lo que necesito. El equipo es viejísimo, súper golpeado, consume muchísima luz, las puertas no cierran bien, hace mucha escarcha a los pocos días de estar limpio y para rematar NO CONGELA. Tiene alimentos desde hace una semana que a hoy no están congelados.
Cada que me quejo la respuesta es la misma "te vamos a enviar al técnico" y el técnico en cada visita me dice que todo funciona perfecto y que no van a hacer nada CUANDO NI SIQUIERA ESTÁ CONGELANDO. Es ridículo, al final siempre resulta que yo soy el culpable por haber comprado un congelador que no congela. Me lo vendieron en $6,000 y por ese precio fácilmente pude comprar uno nuevo del mismo tamaño, sin escarcha, menos consumo de luz y que sí congele.
Son cínicos, tramposos y poco profesionales. NO COMPREN NADA AQUÍ.
EYE I confirm what others mention here: THEY ARE SOME CHEATERS. For nothing agree to prepay anything until everything is working as expected.
I bought them a restaurant freezer and oh surprise it's a popsicle freezer that they told me would work for what I need. The equipment is very old, super beaten, it consumes a lot of light, the doors do not close properly, it makes a lot of frost after a few days of being clean and to top it off, IT DOES NOT FREEZE. He has food for a week that is not frozen today.
Every time I complain, the answer is the same "we are going to send you to the technician" and the technician at each visit tells me that everything works perfectly and that they will not do anything WHEN IT IS NOT EVEN FREEZING. It is ridiculous, in the end it always turns out that I am the culprit for having bought a freezer that does not freeze. They sold it to me for $ 6,000 and for that price I could easily buy a new one of the same size, no frost, less light consumption and that it does freeze.
They are cynical, cheating, and unprofessional. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE.

Edito mi reseña once meses después de la compra ya que he tenido falla de mi refrigerador. Ya estoy fuera de garantía solo me queda compartir mi experiencia para quien busca comprar usado. Es un refrigerador de negocio, enfría bien pero se le hace charco de agua dentro hasta se le nota que antes de que lo repintaran estaba oxidado pues se vuelve a votar un poco el oxido y se le sube la temperatura muy fácil. Me sacó de apuros antes pero no tardo en requerir cambiarlo ya que me podría afectar en cierto tiempo depende cómo se siga deteriorando. Es un refrigerador slim 40x180cm. Gracias.

I edit my review eleven months after the purchase since I have had a fault with my refrigerator. I'm already out of warranty, I only have to share my experience for those who are looking to buy used. It is a business refrigerator, it cools well but there is a puddle of water inside it until you notice that before they repainted it it was rusty because the rust is slightly revoked and the temperature rises very easily. He got me out of trouble before but it didn't take long for me to change it since it could affect me at some time depending on how it continues to deteriorate. It is a slim refrigerator 40x180cm.
