On December 29, 2021 I made a 550km trip from Hidalgo to buy the mytee machine (this is because they told me by phone that they do not ship) I arrived at the bazaar (in which by the way there is an ad that says "check your merchandise before Leaving the establishment refunds are not allowed .... etc ") When I asked to check the engines of the machine in order to make the purchase, I was denied that right (I consider it a right because it was a purchase of $ 28,000.00) to be able to buy it and my trip from Hidalgo and the expenses involved were not enough to be able to have the availability to review what would be my merchandise. It is an inconsiderate way of treating a prospective client, I hope they never go through what I experienced with these people. The person who attended me is a lady who lacks criteria and considerations for someone like me who traveled 7 hours on the road but it was not enough reason to allow me to check the machine and thus be able to carry out the deal.
