 In a DOUBLE room, they were very miserable, only A MINI SHAMPOO AND A MICRO SOAP "FOR TWO PEOPLE" (without being a couple on a business trip)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This stay was worse for me and my family, I would not stay there ever, First of all the Owner is a lier, It is not located in Nuevo Vallarta, it is located in Tondoroque, The A/C did not work, They do not have a pool as shown on the website, They did not provide 2 beds as I requested. Beware the owner is a fraud.

Extremely clean, a very friendly & helpful Team of Employees & Management and in a very convenient location with lots of parking, a swimming pool, Free Wifi, A/C and a huge selection of channels on their TV's. For the price, it is the best value I have found in a hotel ever! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful they gave me a room with broken window locks and wouldn’t change my room… staff was rude and ridiculed me. Sorry I wanted windows that locked and a door that didn’t have a huge gap in it. The couch was torn up. I left a day early and they refused to found any money
