★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered Arrachera (skirt steak) and Costilla BBQ (pork ribs). First came the beans, avocardo sauce and hot salsa, all good especially the hot salsa with a lovely smokey chipotle flavour. The meat came and skirt steaks are cut into strips served with grilled jalapeño and Mexican green onion. Ribs are served with French fries. The skirt steaks are cooked medium with a nice charcoal flavour. It is very tender. So tender that I suspect it was marinated with meat tenderiser which I do not like. The ribs was smothered with a sweet molasses sauce that I cannot eat. So sweet that I gave up after the first rib. Definitely not going back.
