Cuentan con estacionamiento, acceso para personas con capacidades diferentes. Los precios son un poco elevados pero justos, ya que la calidad de los alimentos es buena, el sabor es exquisito, los ingredientes son frescos, los platillos los preparan al momento, el ambiente es muy agradable y 100% familiar. Cuentan con atractivos paquetes de comida que incluyen deliciosas botanas. Hay que ir con disponibilidad de tiempo, ya que, debido a la pandemia a veces hay que esperar un poco para recibir una mesa y la preparación de los alimentos es al momento. Lo que da como oportunidad de entablar una buena charla ya sea con familia o amigos en ese tiempo de espera. Pero la naranjada que nos sirvieron la verdad dejó mucho que desear, no sabía a nada.... Los meseros por rato se les olvida que te están atendiendo ó que se les pidió algo y andan a las vueltas. Ojalá pongan un capitán de meseros que esté sólo para supervisar que todo transcurra bien sobre cada orden, bebidas y en general. The place is nice, the decoration is good, the ribs, wings too ... But the orangeade that they served us really left a lot to be desired, it didn't taste like anything ... The waiters forget for a while that they are serving you Or that something was asked of them and they go around. Los meseros no tienen otras actividades así que te están observando mientras comes o quizá solo fue ese día pero pareciera te están apurando para que desocupes la mesa. Incluida la cerveza, deja muchos que desear con su sabor. High prices for the portions they serve, that includes the taste of the ribs which is not that rich. The waiters do not have other activities so they are watching you while you eat or maybe it was only that day but it seems they are rushing you to clear the table. Beer included, it leaves a lot to be desired with its flavor.

We had three kids’ cheeseburgers, one kids hamburger, three chicken strips, fries, a 1/2 kilo of ribs , orange juice, and a few macaroni and cheeses. The portions were extremely small. You may think I am American and we like to biggie size everything....but this isn’t the case. These were the smallest portions in all of Mexico. There were literally like seven French fries in a cup. After specifically requesting 1.8 L of orange juice, watered down orange drink came to the table. The wait for the food was abnormally long. When the ribs came, they were cold. The hamburger we ordered came with cheese. I gave it back. Two minutes later, they wiped the cheese off and brought it back to me. When I asked for the manager, I was told that he was missing. He was not here. I gave back the hamburger and they still tried to charge me for it. Overall, this was a very unpleasant dining experience with substandard food. The hostess offered me a complaint card but I told her that I would just write a review. I welcome the manager or the owner to respond to this review.
