★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ! Y al preguntarle algo a una señora que por cierto de muy mala contesto y se dió la vuelta y no resolvió mi duda que pésimo servicio! Ningún cajero sirve no tienen gente y solo se hacen dando vueltas y vueltas ! De verdad qué pena que tengan ese tipo de servicio es pésimo de verdad pésimo !!! Deberían hacer algo al respecto y darles clases de modales y educación !! Y empatía por el gusto de servir y no poner esas caras que de verdad dan pena ajena !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!! Acudi por mi reposición de tarjeta de crédito que previamente la reporte por extravio. Llegue con mi INE, me toman la huella y me después de 1 hora de atenderme entre el cajero y el ejecutivo me dicen que no me la pueden dar porque "No soy yo"... con mi INE en mano y mis huellas y me pedían mi tarjeta de débito, totalmente incompetentes no puedo creer que un tramite así de sencillo no logren resolver y se tarden 1 hora. Además del mal servicio de atención a clientes. Increíble!!!
Terrible service!! I went to get my credit card replacement that I previously reported for loss.
