★ ★ ★ ★ ★ que pesimo que aperture una cuenta de nomina y haora resulta que me cobraran por tener un saldo minimo de 4mil pesos y me quitaron el cobro y un iva que por que mi cuenta es premium o no se que mas que pesimo que la chica que me aperturo la cuentya jamas me dijo de lo que se tratava y que me arian estos cobros pesimo servicio y via telefonica no t pueden responder nada la unica opcion es cerrar la cuenta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me pidieron una cantidad de dinero para poder tener libreton básico, lo cual es mentira, pregunte a tres personas del banco y me dijeron lo mismo siendo que un día antes mi esposo hizo el mismo trámite en otra sucursal y no le pidieron más que la documentación, me dieron la opción de la app pero les dije que no se podía y me dieron la misma respuesta "necesita $2000 para poder abrir cuenta" siendo que hasta en línea mencionan que no se necesita $ para poder hacer el trámite. Pésimo!
