Hasta este mes de septiembre me empezó a fallar (Aparece medio borrada la n de botón) pagando impuestos federales, por lo cual no admite el sistema la numeración del display. Repito la operación una y dos veces y entonces ya puedo continuar con el pago. En la sucursal Chapultepec sur una ejecutiva me dijo que me cobrarían cierta cantidad si yo solicito otra tarjeta de acceso seguro que funcione correctamente. Su servidor, usuario de muchísimos años, considera indebido el cobro, porque fue el banco quién instauró este sistema para mayor seguridad y no el cliente. Por lo anterior, si no se resuelve mi problema satisfactoriamente , prefiero acudir personalmente a ventanilla a hacer mis pagos. Agradezco su fina atención Ing. G. Córdova E. C.c.p.
