La sucursal no está laborando, tiene 3 cajeros automáticos y una practicaja la cual nunca funciona.
No quieren aglomeraciones de gente pero ahora está peor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a ventanilla en pandemia, la fila era larga pero avanzaba un poco rápido.
Estando dentro de la sucursal la organización fue buena, para el trámite que hice tarde en ventanilla unos 7 minutos, y en espera con turno no más de 5 minutos.
En pandemia hubo buena organización, al menos el día que yo acudí.
I went to the pandemic window, the line was long but I was moving a bit fast.
Being inside the branch, the organization was good, for the process that I did late at the window about 7 minutes, and waiting with a shift no more than 5 minutes.
In a pandemic there was good organization, at least the day I went.

Slow like no other branch. They do not give you a folio on duty when entering slyly to avoid problems in time attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala organización, tienen a las personas afuera de la plaza haciendo fila, el problema es que todos van a realizar diferentes movimientos, algunos solo van a realizar retiros en el cajero, otros con los ejecutivos, etc. Y eso hace perder mucho tiempo, otra de las cosas es que las mujeres que organizar adentro a las personas suelen dar preferencia a sus conocidos o amigos y aunque tú lleves una hora formado los meten a las filas para que sean atendidos primero.
