★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yo fui en nov 2020, abren a las 10am, pero la fila inicia desde las 8:30am, los ejecutivos son buenos, pero la gente que te pasa con ellos son ineficientes y a veces pierden de vista quien iba y pasan gente arbitrariamente. Recomiendo llevar aparte del cubrebocas, una careta, en la parte de afuera del banco forman a tanta gente que es imposible mantener la sana distancia y hay mucha gente que no usa cubrebocas correctamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡UN ASCO! ¡USENLO SOLO SI ES 100% NECESARIO! Estuve formado por 2 HORAS y por temas de pandemia solo pasa una persona, necesitábamos sacar un crédito y una cuenta en conjunto y no quisieron que pasáramos ambos. Ya llevo varias malas experiencias con este banco y esta franquicia.
Actualización: tuve que realizar otro trámite que era desbloquear mi banca móvil y más de 2 horas y ni los ejecutivos sabían que hacer, inviertan en capacitar al personal antes que en sus instalaciones
