★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte de los ejecutivos, lleve 3 días tratando de cancelar una tarjeta y me pusieron mil pretextos para que lo realizarán, aparte de que no me atendieron en las oficinas, me atendieron afuera y muy irrespetuosos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de los ejecutivos de cuenta, llegué desde las 11.40 y pase a las 2.15 aproximadamente, después de la operación que solicité la Sarita Jazmin no supo darme un comprobante de la modificación que hice en mi cuenta, aparte de ser una chica irrespetuosa que me tuteaba, pienso que por estar en ese lugar deben de tratar con respeto al cliente sea de la edad que sea. Después llegó su compañera de diadema roja y molesta me decía que el gerente no me podía atender y al final logro darme lo que necesite, pero pésimo su actitud y pésimo servicio, estoy furiosa por el tiempo que tú e que esperar y los malos tratos de estas chicas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegue desde las 14 horas y no me atendieron porque la fila queda fuera del banco pero brincan gente y te cierran la puerta en la cara los ejecutivos desde fuera se ve que estan en el celular y solo hiba a actualizar mis datos. Desde que llegue se fueron 5 personas y solo pudieron ingresar 7 personas de la fila quedamos fuera del banco mas de 10 personas que llegamos antes de la hora de cierre desde las 15:30 a las 16:30 solo ingreso 1. Eviten la mala experiencia mejor busquen otro BBVA si no quieren perder su tiempo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible este Bancomer siempre hay mucha gente aparte hay una chicas de los q según te apoyan y canalizan bastante grosera en sábado q solo hasta las 2.30 podía entrar gente aunque estuviéramos formados espere más de media hora para q al final no me pasara solo x los horarios de servicio de la app para transfers o pago servicio y recargas no he cancelado mi cuenta el peor banco
