★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona de seguridad y el encargado de dar los turnos están permitiendo la entrada a personas sin cubre bocas creo que es una irresponsabilidad del banco no instruir los con los parámetros de la contingencia!!! Espero que tomen medidas preventivas pronto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimamente llevamos esperando 40min y no hemos avanzado ni uno solo a ejecutivo. Para colmo no envían encuesta de servicio para ejecutivos y calificar el sistema tan lento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les preguntas a los empleados que están en los cajeros automáticos sobre la transacción que vas a hacer en ventanilla y te dicen que si es posible, después de más de media hora de cola el de la ventanilla te sale con que no se puede, pésimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiado lleno, en ese lugar me han negado la venta de una onza y se niegan a ferearme con las nuevas monedas (que encuentro caras en Línea de Fuego [un tianguis tipo Tepito en la CDMX que se pone cada 8 días] y ni siquiera me brindaron información verídica sobre cómo incrementar mi Fondo de Inversión y la apertura de una cuenta de ahorro para mi hija.
No es posible que mejor me ofrezcan "Seguro para Animales" cuando mi papá me enseñó a ahorrar en Bancomer, de plano BBVA no es lo mismo que Bancomer, hay un mundo de diferencia.
