★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He llegado a las 3:30 y no me han permitido ingreso porque ellos decidieron cerrar a esa hora, siendo su horario oficial de cierre a las 4pm (escrito en la puerta) y a todas las personas que estábamos haciendo cola afuera con turno en mano nos mandaron a la casa porque no iban a a atender mas personas. No hubo falla de sistema ni nada similar solamente porque es viernes y supongo querrán irse antes de tiempo, Muy poco profesional!
I have arrived at 3:30 and they have not allowed me to enter because they decided to close at that time, being their official closing time at 4pm (written on the door) and all the people who were queuing outside with shift in hand They sent home because they weren't going to serve more people. There was no system failure or anything similar just because it is Friday and I guess they will want to leave early, very unprofessional!

Por segunda vez llegue y las señoritas de la entrada no tienen ganas de atender ya así de simple llevo el negocio a otro banco
