J	Julio Calderon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asqueroso, BBVA esta bien y en orden hasta que te vez obligado a visitar una sucursal, se han esforzado en "deshumanizar" la atención y todo lo tienes que hacer en sus cajeros automáticos pero estos siempre fallan y pareciera que los supervisan cada semana, especialmente esta sucursal, el tipo de fallo mas recurrente es que no tienen efectivo, el segundo que no cuenta bien los depósitos y retienen el efectivo depositado y el tercero que ni siquiera se puede conectar con su red... Afortunadamente no me han defraudado pero sus procesos de aclaración son de varios dias y visitas a la sucursal, vamos a que estamos jugando yo a nada y BBVA no debería jugar a nada tampoco son un banco... Disgusting, BBVA is fine and in order until you are forced to visit a branch, they have tried to "dehumanize" the service and you have to do everything in their ATMs but these always fail and it seems that they are supervised every week, especially this branch, the most recurrent type of failure is that they do not have cash, the second one that does not count the deposits well and they retain the deposited cash and the third one that cannot even connect to their network ... Fortunately they have not disappointed me but their Clarification processes take several days and visits to the branch, we are going to be playing nothing and BBVA should not be playing anything, nor are they a bank ...

En la fila externa cualquiera puede ver y oir lo que depositas o retiras , se agradece unmpoco más de seguridad a los usuarios . Un saludo al cajero y a la Directora por no haber hecho el esfuerzo de atendernos a los que estábamos ahí desde hace una hora + lo que se acumuló. If there is a definition of poor and slow attention, it would be this bank, 1 hour in a normal day for them to attend me and all because they were taking money from a lady by giving her loans for no reason.
