El servicio es pésimo !! Las cajeras , abrí una cuenta instantánea y resultó más problemático que nada , escribieron mal mi nombre y no pudieron cambiarlo y para hacerlo tardaron 1:40 min .. pésima atención al cliente y para colmo cuando disque arreglaron mi nombre invirtieron los apellidos .. jamás vayas a esa sucursal
The service is lousy !! The cashiers, I opened an instant account and it was more problematic than anything, they misspelled my name and could not change it and to do it they took 1:40 min .. terrible customer service and to top it off when they fixed my name they reversed the last names .. never go to that branch

Pesimo banco, dos experiencias en distintas sucursales, con la excusa de Covid tienendos y hasta tres “ejecutivos “ dirigiendo clientes afuera y no permiten el cupo permitido dentro de la sucursal. Y un solo “ejecutivo” atendiendo tramites. En mi ultima visita y fue la ultima porque preferí salir de alli con el efectivo en la mano que volver o esperar, espere dos horas en fila y observe como manejan el cupo para no trabajar un minuto después de las 4 pm devolviendo gente desde las dos de la tarde y al final rechazando 10 personas que tenían mas de dos horas en fila porque ya eran las 4 pm siendo que dentro se quedaron 9 asientos disponibles en 9 filas por supuesto por aquello del covid. Pedi que la “directora” saliera a explicar , por supuesto nunca dio la cara, ya dentro de la sucursal vi que era una persona de la 4ta edad así que ni para que discutir , pobre. Con el pretexto de Covid no hay ningún servicio al cliente. Reportare estos manejos a Condusef , veremos que procede, favor de extender en sus redes sociales para que la gente tome cartas en el asunto y no se deje, debemos hacer que las cosas cambien.
Terrible bank, two experiences in different branches, with the excuse of Covid having two and up to three "executives" directing clients outside and they do not allow the space allowed inside the branch. And a single "executive" attending paperwork. On my last visit and it was the last because I preferred to leave there with the cash in hand than to return or wait, I waited two hours in line and observed how they handle the quota so as not to work a minute after 4 pm returning people from two in the afternoon and at the end rejecting 10 people who had more than two hours in line because it was already 4 pm, being that inside there were 9 seats available in 9 rows of course because of the covid. I asked the "director" to come out and explain, of course she never showed her face, and inside the branch I saw that it was a person of the 4th age so no need to argue, poor man. Under the pretext of Covid there is no customer service. I will report these actions to Condusef, we will see what proceeds, please spread it on your social networks so that people take action on the matter and do not leave, we must make things change.

Terribles acciones del banco, nos tienen haciendo fila en el estacionamiento techado, donde entran vehículos y se contamina todo el ambiente con el monóxido de carbono y productos de la combustión de los autos.

Muy cómodo pero demasiada gente para un lugar tan chico deberían mejorar el espacio, servicio normal como cualquier otro banco ?

Cada vez es más decepcionante el servicio de BBVA, ubicado en plaza Hollywood, en Cancún, esta semana he ido 5 veces a realizar el mismo trámite y cada vez me dan una respuesta diferente, la primera vez, fui a actualizar mis datos, me dijeron que tenía que comprar un seguro de vida o de auto, la segunda vez que ese trámite se hace por medio de la aplicación (una pérdida de tiempo en línea, no sirve para eso!!!?!!) la tercera vez que me cerraron la puerta en la cara, la cuarta vez me dijeron que era antes de la 1 de la tarde, hoy fui por última vez (antes de la 1) y me dicen que solo de lunes a viernes, desgraciadamente, la línea telefónica es automatizada y ya no puedes hablar con un humano y no existe esa opción en su menú, la prepotencia y absoluto desinterés de los empleados por ayudar es algo que deberían revisar las personas a cargo de esta sucursal, pedí los nombres de quienes me atendieron y se negaron a dármelo, ojalá esto solo fuera experiencia mía, pero escuche en esas ocasiones varias quejas de la “atención “ que realizan los empleados del banco. Espero que corrijan esta situación y la atención mejore, yo por mi parte migraré de banco. ?????

I hope they correct this situation and the attention improves, for my part I will migrate banks. ?????

This bank is no longer open. I was there on May 13, 2018 and it is still under some sort of renovation.

Never has my patience been tested in a bank as it was in here. In fact, the continued levels of pathetic customer service finally led me to totally close my Bancomer account. Jesús, the manager, in particular is a special type of useless and I honestly (and I mean this from the bottom of my heart) hope he walks in front of a bus.
