★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, fui a cobrar una incapacidad médica y entre el personal no se pone de acuerdo en que identificación se puede recibir. Anteriormente en tres ocaciones ya había cobrado una incapacidad en esta sucursal con la licencia de conducir y en una tercera no se pudo por qué según el personal, nunca se ha podido hacer el trámite con ese documento cuando en otra sucursal lo hice muy fácil y el trato fue mejor. Deberían estandarizar sus procedimientos en todas las sucursales.
Terrible service, I went to collect a medical disability and among the staff they do not agree on what identification can be received. Previously, on three occasions, I had already received a disability in this branch with the driver's license and in a third it could not be done, because according to the staff, it has never been possible to do the procedure with that document when in another branch I made it very easy and the treatment was better. They should standardize their procedures across all branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio fila de 1 hora y dejan a la gente afuera se supone q cierran a las 4 y hay gente en la fila desde 3:30 y llegan ala puerta después de las 4 por que tardaron mucho y ya no los dejan pasar
Very bad service line of 1 hour and they leave people outside they are supposed to close at 4 and there are people in line from 3:30 and they arrive at the door after 4 because they took a long time and they no longer let them pass
