He ido varias veces a cajas y en general el servicio ha sido satisfactorio, en días de quincena si es muy tardado (hasta 40min) sobre todo cuando no eres cliente porque como pasa en todos los bancos, tienes menos preferencia si no tienes cuenta con ellos. El personal siempre ha sido amable

El tiempo de espera es extremadamente largo, yo tardé 80 minutos y me tuve que retirar sin ser atendido ya que me turno jamás llegó, cuando llegué habíamos solo 6 personas esperando, al retirarme seguíamos ahí las mismas 6 personas, no quiero imaginar como es cuando si tienen mucha gente, la gerente me comentó que es tardado porque atienden gente mayor pero no me parece pretexto suficiente como para no brindar servicio a los demás. En conclusión Pésimo servicio y esperas extremadamente largas

Pésima atención de ejecutivos , en esta Sucursal BBVA centenario. No atienden a cuentahabientes. Ojalá Bancomer direcciones n de zona ponga atención más especializada en esta sucursal

Tardan demasiado tiempo en atender, solo hay dos ejecutivos, insuficientes para la cantidad de clientes que acuden a la sucursal. Si tu trámite es con un ejecutivo tardan más de dos horas en atenderte. Debería haber más personal para un servicio mejor y más eficiente. Y se me hace discriminante que atiendan primero a la gente que tiene más dinero en su cuenta, si no tienes más de 6 cifras mejor cambiate de banco porque en bancomer los ejecutivos no te van a atender.

Esta sucursal es bastante grande y hay varias cajas para atención en ventanilla, sin embargo la atención de los ejecutivos es muy lenta; generalmente solo atiende uno. Toma en cuenta que el servicio es un poco más lento a causa de la pandemia.

Esta sucursal es horrible, atendimiento pésimo, demorado. Si tienes que abrir una cuenta bancaria busque otro banco! El BBVA está lleno de personas incompetentes, que no resuelven su problema y crean teorías para explicar su incapacidad de mejorar el procedimiento. Ya llevo seis meses con mi cuenta bloqueada (!!!) y solo lo que dicen es que no pueden hacer nada y que el problema esta en el sistema!! Es el peor atendimiento bancario que ya he recibido en mi vida, con personas incompetentes que no tienen interés en ayudarte.

Buena atención. Si algo destaca a BBVA de otros bancos es que siempre tienen más de un cajero automático/practicaja operando, lo cuál permite hacer más fluido el ingreso y salida de clientes. Se esfuerzan por clarificar dudas, las operaciones como retiros en ventanilla o apertura de cuentas. Sucursal segura y con buena limpieza.
