★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un trámite sencillo y 3 HRS perdidas en la cola, el empleado no resolvió el problema y en cambio intentó a toda manera encajar una tarjeta de crédito y no permitió hablar con el gerente. La próxima que me hagan los voy agarrar a golpes, más tarde subiré el nombre de los incompetentes.
A simple procedure and 3 HRS lost in the queue, the employee did not solve the problem and instead tried hard to fit a credit card and did not allow to speak to the manager. The next time they do me, I'm going to beat them up, later I'll upload the name of the incompetent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy serviciales y atentos pero no tiene estacionamiento si se va en carro hay que estacionarse al menos una cuadra de distancia si tienes suerte de encontrar un lugar
Very helpful and attentive but no parking if you go by car you have to park at least a block away if you are lucky to find a spot

Fui por una cancelación de mi tarjeta de nómina ,me pidieron firmar en una tablet la cancelación y 4 días después checo en línea porque aún no me llega al correo la cancelacion y me dicen que aun sigue activa y me dicen que debo de volver a ir a la sucursal a perder tiempo y volver a hacer el trámite,la duda es entonces que firme,es cosa que debo de ir a ver nuevamente a la sucursal ??
Terrible attention from some executives. I went for a cancellation of my payroll card, they asked me to sign the cancellation on a tablet and 4 days later I check online because the cancellation has not yet arrived in the mail and they tell me that it is still active and they tell me that I have to go again to the branch to waste time and do the procedure again, the doubt is then that I sign, it is something that I have to go see the branch again ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es buena onda el personal, pero deberían organizar las mentadas filas, ya no sabes quien pasa a cajero, ventanilla o ejecutivo
Hay muchos cajeros como unos 15 creo, así que hay de donde escoger, deberían poner a más empleados a ayudar a la gente que no sabe, para así poder agilizar la fila
Lo malo es que hay una fila larga qué da hasta el sol, deberían poner afuera una lona o algo para no hacer sufrir a los clientes
En resumen 7/10 banco con cajero promedio, pero un poco mejorcito
The staff is cool, but they should organize the aforementioned lines, you no longer know who goes to the cashier, window or executive
There are many ATMs, about 15 I think, so there is a choice, they should put more employees to help people who do not know, in order to speed up the queue
The bad thing is that there is a long queue that leads to the sun, they should put a tarpaulin or something outside so as not to make customers suffer
In summary 7/10 bank with average ATM, but a little better
