★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que mal trato dan los ejecutivos. Los cajeros son muy amables pero un ejecutivo que nos toco súper déspota al principio. Le comentamos que no habían pasado nuestro turno y nos hizo cara de que me importa. Muy grosero. No recomiendo que vayan al área de ejecutivos.
 What bad treatment the executives give. The cashiers are very friendly but an executive who played us super despot at first. We told him that it was not our turn and he made us face that I care. Very rude. I do not recommend that they go to the executive area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No puedo poner cero estrellas, pero desde antes de pandemia ya era malo, ahora es nefasto o peor. Cero organización en sus filas, tiempo de espera en fila de 45min a 1hr y 30min. Nunca hay más de 3 cajas abiertas. Solo sí quieres vivir una experiencia de verdadero terror, acude a esta sucursal, de lo contrario ni lo intentes!!!
I cannot put zero stars, but since before the pandemic it was already bad, now it is disastrous or worse. Zero organization in their lines, waiting time in line from 45min to 1hr and 30min. There are never more than 3 open boxes. Only if you want to live an experience of true terror, go to this branch, otherwise don't even try!
