Pésima organización, llevo 50 minutos esperando para cambiar mi número telefónico pero ya adelante de mi pasaron a aperturas de cuenta sin cita... Pésimo servicio al cliente y ni se diga de que jueguen con tu tiempo, solo porque no se puede poner cero estrellas porque una no lo vale
Terrible organization, I've been waiting for 50 minutes to change my phone number but already ahead of me they went to account openings without an appointment ... Terrible customer service and not to mention that they play with your time, just because you can't put zero stars because one is not worth it

Pésimo servicio vine a cancelar mi tarjeta de nómina y tramitar mi tarjeta de ahorro pero no me quedaron ganas. La cajera grosera y lenta. Los ejecutivos no atienden están sin atender durante 1 hora y la de la entrada le comenté que era un pésimo servicio y me contestó de mala manera yo te estoy diciendo algo. No vuelvo la verdad. Creo que cambiaré de banco.

Pésimo servicio de la directora. Quise que me ayudarán en un error de mis tarjetas y la directora se comportó de una manera muy negligente!. Este trabajo es administrativo y primeramente en atención a clientes... Atención a clientes de parte de ella es nula, no entiendo como fue que llego ahí.

Acabo de pasar el coraje del año, pésimo servicio, fui a tramitar una tarjeta básica y dure más de 1hora para que me atendieran y no eso hicieron ya que me dicen que me faltaba el pinche curp impreso, siendo que sólo me habían pedido ine, comprobante y obvio el dinero. Sin mencionar que los 2 seudo ejecutivos sin lentos y se la pasan platicando además de que tardan se la pasan vomiendo. En serio sino quieren trabajar mejor ni se presenten, es nefasto que sean así y más cuando vas a darles dinero como si te estuvieran regalando algo, te prestan un servicio pero que no se les olvide que sin nosotros no tuvieran trabajo. Bola de groseros.
I just spent the courage of the year, terrible service, I went to process a basic card and it lasted more than 1 hour for them to attend to me and they did not do that since they tell me that I was missing the fucking printed curp, being that they had only asked me for ine, proof and obvious money. Not to mention that the 2 pseudo-executives are not slow and they spend their time talking and they take time to vomit. Pésimo servicio de los ejecutivos. La "directora 1" Gabriela, desde que llegué,se dedicó a regañarme, a no darme información (esperando a que yo ya supiera las cosas que necesitaba para el proceso que iba a realizar), tardó 20 mins en atenderme sin dejar de mencionar que estaba sola, se portó grosera y altanera. Les urge un curso de atención al cliente. En cambio la chica y el chico de la entrada fueron muy amables y me informaron de todo. Fueron cordiales y atentos.
Terrible service of executives. Me parece un banco serio, de trato amable e internacional, si sales al extranjero puedes avisar para usar tu tarjeta en otros países.
It seems to me a serious bank, with a friendly and international treatment, if you go abroad you can notify to use your card in other countries.
