Mi hermano fue a solicitar la reposición de su tarjeta de nomina, se la bloquearon y no le dieron su plástico, el argumento fue que porque su huella no pasaba, es increíble que con todos los medios electrónicos no lo hayan atendido y aparte lo manden hasta Polanco en plena pandemia, mi hermano es discapacitado

Acudí el pasado viernes, el asesor que me atendió es un déspota, le pedí aclararme una duda y me hizo caras. Mejor me voy a Banorte, les hace falta un curso de Atención a clientes y mucho tacto. No merece ni una estrella, la tuve que poner para poder comentar.

Pesima atención al cliente,,son muy déspotas,, no les impoorta hacer bien su trabajo, nadamas estan platicando,, las filas son muy largas y no les gusta atender!!

Me gusta mucho BBVA como institución bancaria , pero en esta sucursal sus cajeros en ventanilla nada amables y cero empáticos ,pues para ellos al parecer les preocupa más venderte un crédito cuando solo vas a realizar un pago de un trámite , sus asesores financieron son excelentes la verdad el primer trato fue con ellos y me solucionaron super rápido mi problema junto con la chica de recepción, para mí sorpresa al día siguiente que fui a realizar mi pago me atendió una señorita en ventanilla un poco descortés y falta de empatía pues mi trámite de pago era sobre un crédito , y me estaba ofreciendo otro a pesar de explicarle mi situación , creo que hay un momento donde tienen que dejar de insistir te para adquirir algo que no requieres y que no necesitas . Buena ubicación y muy limpio

Fatal ,muy mala atención desde la srta que te recibe,me regresa a casa a que abriera mi cuenta por la aplicación,como le comenté que al final de la aplicación el resultado era ir a solicitarla a sucursal se molestó,me aventó al asiento que tenia a un lado el ticket de turno fue con uno de sus amigos asesores a recomendarme por que ya después de saltarse mi turno me pasan con este asesor el cual no encontraba pretextos para no abrirme una cuenta de nomina al final,como yo manejo una tarjeta de credito (próxima a cancelar por esto,lo prometo)quería que se la presentara y se ofendió el angelito por que le cuestione que tenia que ver una tarjeta de crédito, con una nueva cuenta de nomina(pues llevaba una hoja de la empresa con el número de cuenta),para no hacerla más cansada les diré que tuve que acudir a otra sucursal, en donde el trámite fue rápido y solo con identificación oficial, pero el personal de esta sucursal deberás, malísimos y engreídos,si no les gusta atender a las personas deberían de darles el puesto de gerentes en un 45avo piso donde nadie los moleste.
