★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una sucursal bastante visible pues se encuentra en una intersección muy transitada. Tiene estacionamiento y es gratuito. Tiene bastantes cajores, tanto para realizar retiros como depósitos y en ocasiones hay gente dl banco apoyando por si hay dudas de cómo usar los cajeros. No siempre hay mucha gente pero si hay que acudir a las cajas, casi siempre la atención es muy tardada y otro problema es que no se puede hacer uso del celular dentro por lo que es 100% tiempo perdido.
 It is a fairly visible branch as it is located at a very busy intersection. It has parking and is free. It has enough ATMs, both to make withdrawals and deposits and sometimes there are people from the bank supporting it in case there are doubts about how to use the ATMs. There are not always many people but if you have to go to the cashiers, almost always the attention is very long and another problem is that you cannot use the cell phone inside, so it is 100% time wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre fallan los cajeros las practicajas se tragan los depósitos y no dan algún comprobante el telefono de linea bancomer se olle horrible apenas se le entiende lo que te dice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención tengo más de 2 horas esperando para pasar con el único ejecutivo que esta trabajando, ya que los otros 2 aparentemente también le dan la atención al cliente, pero no es así.
Con lo de la pandemia les falta mejor organización ya que como no te dan número de turno o algo, se revuelven y te empiezan a brincar, y en lo que esperas aunado a sus errores de organización tienes que estar también de pie
Terrible service and attention I have more than 2 hours waiting to spend with the only executive who is working, since the other 2 apparently also give customer service, but it is not like that.
With the pandemic they lack better organization since since they don't give you a shift number or something, they scramble and start jumping, and in what you expect, coupled with their organizational errors, you also have to stand up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 horas formada para que me atendiera un ejecutivo, ya estando adentro pasan a gente que ni siquiera hace fila y les dan su ficha, los sientan como si fueran a caja y resulta que sale el ejecutivo y los pasa. Pésimo servicio y una gran falta de respeto para los clientes.
2 hours formed for an executive to attend me, once inside they pass people who don't even line up and give them their file, they feel as if they were going to the cashier and it turns out that the executive comes out and passes them on. Terrible service and a great lack of respect for customers.
