E	Erick Franco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio en casi todo aspecto, a excepción del trato déspota del director de la institución local, el cual no solo tiene la mala costumbre de ignorar las peticiones o consultas que uno le hace, sino que también se encuentra apegado de forma sumamente nociva a un falso sentido de superioridad que no le corresponde en lo absoluto. En cada visita que hago a la sucursal, escucho (pues no es posible evitarlo) quejas sobre ese mismo individuo y sus constantes muestras de desprecio a los cuentahabientes en general de esta institución bancaria que pierde toda su seriedad al tener al mando a un individuo con tantas fallas. Deberían contratar a una persona con la educación y la cultura necesaria para es puesto, pues arruina la labor de sus compañeros en segundos. Entiendo que deben seguir ciertos lineamientos y que uno de ellos es cerrar temporalmente la sucursal por ello deberían prestar más atención a los cajeros para que funcionen correctamente y no tengamos que hacer filas inmensas.
