m	milton martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui el 31 de diciembre a hacer un trámite y tome mi turno respetando el sistema del banco, estuve esperando para que me atendieran por alrededor de 10 minutos y uno de los trabajadores del banco un tal “Alex” dejo pasar a un amigo o conocido de el delante de los que estábamos en fila. Cuando nos empezamos a quejar dijo cínicamente, no se va a tardar. Me atendió el director y me quejé fuertemente y le dije que eso está muy mal. Para rematar cuando termine de hacer mi transacción enfrente a Alex y le dije mira, los que dijiste que no se tardarían ahí están todavían abusando del turno a lo que “Alex” puso una cara de molestia como si el agreadido hubiera sido el. Espero y “Alex” sea sancionado para que entienda que eso no se hace. Fui con mi mamá quien tiene 89 años y la persona que nos atendió por lo visto es muy infeliz y con problemas personales graves pues le dio un trato a mi mamá para llorar y aguantamos porque necesitábamos abrir una cuenta para ella. No quiso darme su nombre pero no pudo ser más fría, déspota y sin tacto alguno en la forma de hablarle a mi mamá regalándola porque no hacía la firma igual que en su identificación. La otra mujer que llegó a “ayudar” tampoco tuvo ni pío de humanidad, ya no importaba si abríamos la cuenta o no sino la forma de tratar a un adulto mayor primeramente y después a mi; ademas que no me dejaban estar cerca de ella. Gracias que nos fuimos a otro banco y nos encontramos con dos chicas estupendas y muy amables.
