Una odisea fui a dos sucursales, isla musala y jardín botánico y no pude abrir una cuenta corriente. Primer día, llego y me dicen baja la app, no se pudo abrir la cuenta, me pasan con un ejecutivo pero se fue a comer, me cambio de sucursal, llego y me dicen vuelve a meter los datos a la app,no se pudo abrir, agarra ese teléfono y te van a contestar en México, explico lo que pasa, la ejecutiva me pasa con otra ejecutiva, explico lo que pasa y me dice que en el banco me tiene que atender un ejecutivo pero ya no alcance turno. Segundo día vuelvo a isla musala Me pasan con una ejecutiva me dice vuelve a meter los datos y otra vez no se pudo, me aconseja que me regrese a mi casa y que meta los datos desde una computadora fija, llego a mi casa no se pudo tampoco así, llamo a México y blablabla me pasan por llamada telefónica a isla musala me contesta el ejecutivo el que está entrando a la derecha, me pide una carta redactada donde explique para que quiero la cuenta, le digo lo que me explicaron en México de que se tenía que hacer, se enoja y me cuelga. Uuuuf Misión imposible. P.D. Me salto muchos detalles que me hicieron que me preguntaron que tuve que hacer porque simple y sencillamente no puedo explicar todas las trabas que te ponen para abrir una cuenta. Terminé llendo a HSBC y en 5 minutos pude abrir una cuenta.

Pésimo servicio al cliente empezando desde el empleaducho que está en la entrada le decían Ramón al ingrato bueno para nada, te quita tarjeta y credencial y te deja esperando en la entrada ni siquiera tiene la amabilidad de hacer pasar al cliente,después llega y dice no se pudo regrese mañana ya que ya vamos a cerrar, le alegó que está atendiendo a otras personas que llegaron después que yo me quita mis documentos una vez más para ir a renegar con el ejecutivo como si me estuviera haciendo un favor no me da turno no me atiende decido irme mejor pero empezando por ese empleado que comentó la sucursal isla musala me dejó con un muy mal sabor de boca no la recomiendo para nada vayan a otra sucursal mejor iré a doctor Mora ya les contaré
