★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto, estuve esperando 1 hora y no me atendieron. Además no respetan los turnos asignados para hablar con ejecutivos. Cuando reclamé que me estaban saltando otras personas que habían llegado después de mi, simplemente me dijeron "Yo no asigno los turnos, así los da el sistema". No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
Too bad, I was waiting 1 hour and they didn't take care of me. In addition, they do not respect the assigned turns to speak with executives. When I claimed that other people who had come after me were skipping me, they simply told me "I don't assign shifts, that's how the system gives them." I do not recommend at all.

Solamente un joven llamado Cesar Reyes que estaba en la entrada atendía a todo mundo y ayudaba en lo que podía, se merece un reconocimiento, pero los tres asesores pésimos, atienden gente sin ficha, les reclamas y entonces se ponen a ver el celular sin importarles que haya tanta gente esperando, nos tratan mal y y tardan horas. Estuve una hora con cuarenta y cinco minutos esperando por un trámite que tardó dos.
Terrible service, the worst I've ever had in a bank. Only a young man named Cesar Reyes who was at the entrance attended to everyone and helped in what he could, he deserves recognition, but the three lousy advisers, they serve people without a file, you complain to them and then they start to see the cell phone without caring that there are so many people waiting, they treat us badly and they take hours. I was one hour and forty-five minutes waiting for a procedure that took two.

Adivinen que... tampoco tienen sistema y los trabajadores de aquí tampoco se molestan en avisar, creo que están molestos de atender gente
