★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es pésimo el cervicio y por parte de los ejecutivos de escritorio le dan preferencia a conocidos de ellos llevo más de una hora esperando turno y acaban de pasar a la segunda persona que llega y no ase fila solo por ser conocida de una de las ejecutivas , aparte es muy lento el cervicio a pesar de que tienen personal y equipos para agilizar los trámites
The cervicio is lousy and on the part of the desk executives they give preference to acquaintances of them. I have been waiting for their turn for more than an hour and they just passed the second person who arrives and does not wait in line just because they are known by one of the executives, Besides, the cervix is very slow despite the fact that they have personnel and equipment to speed up the procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El estacionamiento es un poco reducido y por ambas avenidas se ve afectado el tráfico de la zona, ya que es un banco muy concurrido. El servicio de los cajeros es muy rápido, también el del personal que labora en atención al cliente y en las cajas. Tiene estacionamiento especial para discapacitados.
Parking is a bit small and both avenues affected traffic area as it is a busy bank. ATMs service is very fast, also the staff working in attention to the client and boxes. It has special handicapped parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 2 de octubre del 2020 acudí a esta sucursal para entregar mi terminal bancaria y cancelar el contrato y el director de sucursal Rene Oseguera recibió la terminal y me dijo que cancelaría el contrato y no lo hizo. Acudí nuevamente hace 2 meses y nuevamente no cancelo el contrato. Hasta hoy me han seguido cobrando los 359. + Iva dando un total de 2,082. Cabe mencionar que he llamado un monto de veces y no me dan respuesta. Esta próxima semana nuevamente me ausentare de mi trabajo para ir a cancela mi cuenta por que dudo que me ayuden.
On October 2, 2020 I went to this branch to deliver my bank terminal and cancel the contract and the branch manager Rene Oseguera received the terminal and told me that he would cancel the contract and did not.
