Me retuvo el dinero y en el número de marcación contestaron pero no ayudan para solucionarme este problema. Es un pésimo servicio.
Your ATMs are rubbish.
They withheld my money and in the dialing number they answered but they do not help to solve this problem. It is a lousy service.

Fui hacer un pago a mi tarjeta de crédito, que entregué en mano al ejecutivo en ventanilla y lo depositó en otra tarjeta. Desafortunadamente solo me di cuenta al dia siguiente. Regresé y me mandaron a linea bancomer. Ya está el caso en CONDUSEF porque BBVA se deslindó.
Recursos Humanos pésimos, de la sucursal y de la entidad bancaria. Entre ladrones e incompetentes no se que les quede mejor.

I spoke to them on Twitter and they did nothing but tell me to talk to my institution. Then BBVA lied to my institution and fought the claim. Me and my wife are out a lot of money. Avoid this ATM
