★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vas a hacer uso de sus practi cajas para pago de servicios o depósitos y resulta que no tiene cambio. Vergüenza siendo banco y sin cambio. Terminas pagando de más por los servicios o depositado de más a las cuentas. Pésimo!
You are going to make use of your practical boxes for payment of services or deposits and it turns out that you have no change. Shame being a bank and without change. You end up overpaying for services or over-depositing to accounts. Appalling!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la primera vez que vengo, ocupé el cajero para retirar dinero sin usar tarjeta y todo bien, desde el guardia ayudando a que avanzara la fila como el número de cajero automáticos disponibles.
Después pase a hacer un pago en ventanilla, al entrar no toman la temperatura (por aquello del Covid), sólo te dan gel para las manos.
Hay una barrera entre las sillas de espera para pasar a las ventanillas, pienso que esta bien por 2 situaciones, no expones abiertamente el motivo por el cual acudes al banco y por lo del Covid.
Fue rápido el servicio, claro y definitivamente pudiera volver a esta sucursal (0346) sin inconveniente.
It is the first time that I come, I occupied the ATM to withdraw money without using a card and everything was fine, from the guard helping the line to advance as the number of ATMs available.
Then go to make a payment at the window, when entering they do not take the temperature (because of the Covid), they only give you hand gel.
There is a barrier between the waiting chairs to go to the windows, I think it is fine for 2 situations, you do not openly expose the reason why you go to the bank and because of the Covid.
The service was fast, of course and I could definitely return to this branch (0346) without inconvenience.
